Our core business: the data center hosting contract
Our excellence shows in negotiation: we secure the best data center service terms for our clients, aligning strategy, performance and contractual commitments.
Compute, data and artificial intelligence are redefining enterprise needs in a fast-changing environment. S4DC supports CIOs in their data center infrastructure decisions — with the rigour of those who have designed, acquired, converted and operated these assets.
S4DC is an independent firm with deep expertise in the data center ecosystem. We put this mastery at the service of CIOs, reconciling technical requirements, operational performance and budget optimisation.
An infrastructure decision is a major commitment. It demands a fine command of technology stakes as well as energy parameters. Our value lies in this global perspective, engaged from the very first analyses through to the final commitment.
Our 4S — Service, Strategy, Selection, Solutions — forged in the field, engage individually or together depending on the stakes.
Our excellence shows in negotiation: we secure the best data center service terms for our clients, aligning strategy, performance and contractual commitments.
We master the structuring between colocation and dedicated sites, crafting robust contracts matched to the company's ambitions. This approach reflects a strong conviction: infrastructures are often hybrid, and our models systematically account for that complexity
We guide our clients in the strategic choice of land on which to build their data center, or of an existing facility to host their equipment. S4DC holds a French professional real-estate transaction licence, authorising it to conduct property transactions in full compliance.
We secure project value by assisting in the negotiation of the full range of data center contracts: operations, energy, maintenance, security and critical services.
Three underlying shifts are transforming how data centers evolve
The rapid rise in equipment power density is changing the scale of infrastructure, now requiring high-voltage supplies to keep it running
The growing complexity of colocation contracts, combined with an expanding market offer, requires expert command to secure relevant, high-performing commitments
AI workloads are upending design: rack densities, liquid cooling, power profiles. Yesterday's benchmarks no longer suffice to size tomorrow's infrastructure. Needs must be rethought, not extrapolated.
S4DC was founded and is led by Okan Turedi, one of the recognised figures of the French data center market. His career spans the three trades this market usually keeps apart: real-estate investment, infrastructure development and operations.
As co-founder and managing director of Nation Data Center, he developed a French network of edge data centers driven by a conviction of sovereignty, sobriety and local roots. He previously served with leading European property companies, on some of France's most emblematic real-estate assets.
This dual culture — that of the investor who commits and that of the operator accountable for its infrastructure — shapes how S4DC advises its clients: without complacency, fact-based, and on the side of the decision-maker.
